Fowler + Flack are invited to attend National Opera Association’s yearly conference on the campus of Arizona State University in Tempe as participants in NOA’s “New Works Expo.”
Their primary focus will be finding a presenter for the Spanish-language, "La Ópera de Cecilia,” world premiere.

With funding from a NEA Grant and supplemental support by principal trustees Chris and Anita Murray, Opera Las Vegas presents the World Premiere of “Behold The Man” to launch its 25th anniversary season. Ticket sales set an OLV record for a two-performance run. Cecilia's niece, Marisa Ibáñez, travels to Las Vegas to attend the premiere.
